Program Overview

  This 84 weeks, an intesive and comprehensive diploma program will prepare the students with the basic culinary and restaurant management skill, progressive to advanced culinary theory and practicum, and finally focusing on the front of the house in Hospitality Administration. Our program is approved as a vocational program under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.
