Personal Chef DiplomaJohn Wiley and Sons is holding a contest for culinary students with a chance to have their dessert recipe published in the upcoming Diabetes Cookbook for Canadians for Dummies. All culinary students from across Canada are eligible to enter, excluding Quebec.
The first place winner of the recipe contest will have their recipe published in the upcoming cookbook. The dessert recipe must be diabetes friendly, and of course, delicious! In addition, they will also receive a $150.00 Wiley culinary library. The second place winner will receive a $100.00 Wiley culinary library.

Along with the recipe, we will also publish the name of your institution, bringing it national recognition.
